Delivered with the same fragrance and the same potency, our much loved yin yoga immersions have a new name representing a new direction unfolding..

You are invited to explore your breath and it's ability to create space in your body and mind in these unhurried 2 hour yoga experiences.

We'll be diving deeply into stillness as we practice surrendering our efforts to simply allow the body time to harmonies with ourselves and align with the circadian rhythms of Mother Nature.

Inner Rhythms; Yin Yoga Immersions have returned and offered from their new home in the heart of Leederville! 

These decadent 2 hour yoga experiences invite us to dive deeply into stillness and sweet silence as we practice surrendering our efforts and simply allow the body time within purposefully chosen asana to harmonies ourselves with the cycles of Mother Nature.

Lovingly guided by Claudia Scalisi, you're invited to lean into all the support you need from bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and of course eye pillows to help soften and rejuvenate your entire body from your skin, your joints, your spine, shoulders and hips within the healing energy of this beautiful yoga shala.

Full Moon SUP Yoga & Earth Yin

This is our final Full Moon Sunset SUP Yoga session for the season friends and we are going to celebrate it in style!

Taking our cue from Mother Nature, our dear friend Tony Turner -one of Perths most advanced teachers of Yin Yoga and Precious Breath's water goddess Claudia Scalisi will be leading a Sunday arvo 'yolking' session honouring the elements of water and land under the lush canopy of Perth's stunning Matilda Bay.

To prepare you for remaining with what your breath and your yin practice will offer, Claudia has designed a special Slow Flow SUP Yoga class to honour the Divine Feminine in all of us - where we can playfully flow like water, gather strength and ride the waves of our life. Tony will then lead us all through his unique teaching style and take us on a journey through the subtle layers of our body to unite all levels of our mind/body connection: || Fluid feminine (lunar energy) || Stable masculine (solar energy) resides in every single one of us, Samasthitiḥ = equal in both halves. 

The resonant sounds of singing bowls and chimes will invite you back from Shavasana through a journey of the senses that will soothe, restore and bring you back to your truest expression, which is Bliss.

At Precious Breath SUP Yoga, we listen to our tribe members, we hear how much you enjoy your outdoor practice and we heard your words asking about our next session - so it brings us so much pleasure to release a second offering of this incredibly sweet experience to you!

On January 12th, we'll greeted by the first Full Moon for 2017 presenting an excellent opportunity to revist our intentions for the New Year, the year of the Rooster in Chinese astrology.

Join Claudia from Precious Breath SUP Yoga, Erin from Ahimsa Wellness and special guests as we lead you through a fluid water based practice followed by an earthy yin yoga session to re-group and centre our hopes and aspirations as the sun sets and the moon begins to rise..

During practice you'll be bathed in the resonant sounds of singing bowls, bells and chimes to create a journey of the senses that will soothe, restore and bring you back to your truest expression, Bliss.

~ Precious Breath Tribal Gathering ~

A tribal gathering of like-minded and heart centered beings getting together to do our bit for the magical Swan River ♥

Suffice to say, the more time I personally spend on the Swan River, the deeper my connection to her grows...

Those of you who have been practicing yoga on the water with my school may well feel the same tug when you see the Swan River, the way the sunlight dances with her, the way the wind caresses her surfaces in elegant sweeps.. 

She has soul, our Swan River. But she has another, a more profound and authentic name - the Derbal Yerrigan, as she is called by the traditional Aboriginal people.

~ "To the Noongar traditional owners and custodians, Western Australia’s Swan River, the Derbal Yerrigan has remained at the heart of their culture and heritage for more than 40,000 years. Aboriginal people cared for the land and its waters as an integral part of their spirit and culture prior to the arrival of Europeans. They would have seen periods of climate change and sea level rises. They lived in harmony with their land and waters, firing the bush, crossing the River, camping along the River banks, getting water from springs, hunting and fishing." ~

The Rivers tell us about ourselves, our communities and our values. As a yogini living my practice, I feel a sense of loyalty, compassion and deep care for our River.

Full Moon SUP Yoga & Earth Yin

You're invited to join Claudia and special guests as they lead you through a fluid water based practice under the setting sun. We'll then make our way back to shore to open our land based practice set amongst the foliage of Perth's unique Matilda Bay.

Warm and in the company of friends and soft cushioning, you can allow yourself to drop deeply into some heavenly yin yoga under the last full moon for 2016 whilst soaking up the resonant tone of crystal singing bowls and chimes.

Inner Rhythms Yin Yoga Immersion

~ Spring Session No. 2 ~

 With these hands we do so much...tender is our caress on our loved ones, loving is the attention we give to the food we prepare, nourishing is the way we apply oil to our skin...

With our hands we 'feel' into the world, and through our hands we receive information about our world. Directly transfering energy to & from our heart chakra, the Nadi lines from the nerve plexus around our lungs and chest have an open communication along the legnth of our arms to the skin in the palm of our hands.

In this second Spring session we'll be exploring our relationship with these energy lines as a means of communicating our hearts desires. Encouraging us to speak our truth and bring them into fruition with the emergence of the warmer weather.

Come along and disolve any remaining ideals or worries that may have been churning over in your mind during the colder months past and relish in new beginnings with a more playful sense of self.

Our Inner Rhythms sessions are accessible for all levels of yoga experience with lots of modifications on offer, making it a suitable practice for every body. 

We'll commence our session with a guided pranayama practice to balance the nervous system and focus our energy on the inner body before we dive into a heart opening yin yoga class. Full Moon Breathe & Restore

~ Honouring the restorative energy of the illuminated moon ~

It's not often we are encouraged to be still, let alone focus on the way our breath moves through our body...yet the potent energy of a full moon suggests we take her lead and bask in our magnificence. 

Come along to this boutique class and unwind from any expectations you may have of yourself and surrender into this gentle and powerfully restorative yoga experience. 

During our yoga practice, Claudia will be guiding us through an accessible, slow yoga sequence - offering lots of time to soak up the gifts of the yoga asana and lean into the support of bolsters & blocks. We'll also be exploring simple breath and creative visualisation meditations. accompanied by the vibrations of crystal singing bowl toning (the resonant sound from these divine crystal bowls send rippling a hummmmm through the air and assists in soothing your energy) - followed by complimentary chocolate cake and fresh chai.

Hosted at Kookaburra Creek Yoga Centre, approximately 40 minutes drive from both Perth and Fremantle. It is a natural wood building located on a 10 acre property in the hills of Bedfordale. 

The solid wooden floor area is approximately 200sqm, licensed for 30 people. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided for use. There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms with a shower in the Centre.

Schedule:
- 9.30am: Arrive, set up your space, settle in and meet each other.

- 10.00 - 11.30am: Claudia commences with a Prana Flow Inspired Asana Class, as taught by Shiva Rea. A slow but powerful vinyasa-style class.

- 11.30am - 12.30pm: Anthony guides us through a Meditation and Pranayama (breath control) Class.

- 12.30 - 1.30pm: Lunch is provided:
• Fresh mint leaf tea
• Garden Salad - freshly combined herbs and vegetables with lemon and honey vinaigrette. Freshly roasted almonds served on the side.
• Carrot, beetroot, apple and ginger salad with fresh herbs OR potato salad
• Brown Rice or Quinoa
• Warm vegetarian dish (adzuki beans and vegetables).

- 1.30 - 2.30pm: Claudia's Restorative Yin class, with a focus on relaxation and gentle release.

- 2.30 - 3.30pm: Anthony performs a Homa (Vedic fire Ceremony) from the Yoga tradition. Homa is highly regarded in India.

- 3.30 - 4.00pm: Cup of tea, sharing and questions.

- 4.00pm: Conclude retreat.
